Business Development Manager

We are now seeking for an experienced
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
In this role at Schott Primoceler Oy, you will be responsible for driving sales and building long-term customer relationships in an international high-tech environment. Your tasks include designing and negotiating win-win contractual agreements, attending and supporting relevant conferences and exhibitions, and evaluating business opportunities with a balanced approach to risks and benefits. You will lead sales pitches for new business opportunities and skillfully negotiate new deals.
You will also manage key accounts by developing a deep understanding of customers stated and unstated needs and communicating these insights within the organization. This involves generating contacts at various levels and functions, driving the innovation pipeline by analyzing market developments and customer needs, and ensuring accurate forecasting and budgeting.
