We are now seeking for an experienced

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

In this role at Schott Primoceler Oy, you will be responsible for driving sales and building long-term customer relationships in an international high-tech environment. Your tasks include designing and negotiating win-win contractual agreements, attending and supporting relevant conferences and exhibitions, and evaluating business opportunities with a balanced approach to risks and benefits. You will lead sales pitches for new business opportunities and skillfully negotiate new deals.

You will also manage key accounts by developing a deep understanding of customers stated and unstated needs and communicating these insights within the organization.
