Business Development Manager – Test & Measurement & Power Supply Sales

Location : Malaysia

We are seeking a founding Business Development Manager (leader) to build and scale our Test

& Measurement (T&M) business across Southeast Asia (SEA) from zero to growth, with end-to end ownership of revenue, team formation, and execution.

You will act as the regional business owner, driving customer acquisition and revenue growth,

while building the regional sales organization, defining GTM strategy, and working closely with

principals and internal stakeholders to establish a scalable regional business platform. This role

demands a hands-on builder mindset with strong leadership.

The ideal candidate comes from the distributor of leading T&M and Power Supply distribution

ecosystem (e.g. Keysight, Rohde & Schwarz, Tektronix, Chroma, EA, ITECH, or equivalent), brings
