Position Summary
The primary responsibility of the Business Development Manager (BDM) is to drive mortgage volume through multiple channels (in-person meetings, online webinars, seminars, events, email, phone calls, social media, etc.) with the goal of maximizing both funded volume and efficiency ratios. The BDM will entrench themselves in the territory by building on existing connections and hunting for new and untapped business opportunities and relationships. Additionally, the BDM will be the voice of the company to external partners, helping Haventree achieve its goals and communicate its vision.
