Business Development Manager

What we’re looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marine-related field.
• Relevant Chartering or Maritime qualification.
• Strong commercial understanding of GCC marine and offshore services.
• Hands‑on experience with vessels and chartering activities within the GCC region.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships, negotiate effectively and conduct analysis and business case development.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the commercial function of a maritime or marine services operator.
• Demonstrated experience in continuous engagement with maritime clients.
• Proven track record in new business development through to project implementation.
• Demonstrated commercial experience with contracts and Contract Purchase Agreements.
