Business Development Manager

ROLE PURPOSE:

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in expanding English Path’s presence across West Africa, with a strong focus on Young Learners recruitment and academic pathway growth. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth through partner development, group bookings, and individual enrolments, while delivering a high-quality, customer-focused experience.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement sales strategies for the West Africa region in line with corporate objectives
• Set and own regional recruitment and revenue targets, working closely with senior management
• Expand, manage, and maintain strong relationships with regional agents, partners, and school
• Ensure all agents are formally signed with English Path and actively engaged
