About The Role: Panda Recycling is an award-winning business focused on growth, sustainability and long-term customer partnerships — and we’re looking for ambitious Business Development Managers to help drive our next phase of growth. This is a new business, field-based sales role suited to someone who thrives on prospecting, building pipelines and closing deals. You will be responsible for generating new customers through door-to-door B2B sales, while also developing and upselling accounts you bring on board. Following a structured training programme, you’ll be expected to deliver against quarterly targets based on annualised contract revenue. This is a results-driven role with strong commission potential and genuine progression for high performers.
