The role is currently remote due to the pandemic and may transition to an in‑location position once offices reopen. The position is full‑time and entry level.

Responsibilities

• Directly contribute to the development of EMPRA's client base, product offerings, and delivery of analysis to clients.
• Build the company's presence in Mexico and abroad.
• Build a client base, network of contacts, and strategic partnerships.
• Assist in the development and implementation of communications and marketing strategies across brands, markets, services, and languages.
• Contribute to improving clients' experiences by assisting them with their needs and developing new products.
• Track client expectations and ensure they are fulfilled.
