Business Development

A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking a Business Development Manager to work closely with the firm principals and have a crucial role in developing new client business opportunities at their Mexico City office.

Your Day Includes:

• Identifying potential clients and projects

• Forecasting firm workloads

• Building client relationships

• Preparing presentations and contract proposals

• Tracking and maintaining client leads in a CRM software

Must Haves:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline

• 5 years of business development, sales, or marketing experience

• Experience in AEC or related industry

• Excellent verbal and written English, and presentation skills
