Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English – A MUST.
The candidate must be based in Bogota, Colombia
Proven work experience as a Team Lead
Hands on experience with
In-depth understanding of the sales/business development administration process
Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
Outstanding analytical and organizational skills
Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and train the BDRs
Elaborate the proper tools and methods to guide the team to succeed in their roles and work as a team
Lead and supervise weekly forecast with 1:1 meetings and group meetings with his/her team
Elaborate weekly reports with the activities done during the week, including their meetings and MGO quota.
