Business Development Officer

The Business Development Officer will support the Real Estate Manager/Head in driving network expansion across RBUs by ensuring optimal site selection and acquisition, fostering location leadership, and contributing to trade area dominance.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site mapping and area profiling

• Perform site assessments to evaluate feasibility and strategic fit
• Lead site sourcing and identify high-potential locations
• Facilitate site negotiations with property owners or brokers
• Manage documentation related to acquisitions and approvals
• Build and maintain lessor relationships to support expansion goals

## Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
