Business Development Officer- Enterprise

Key Responsibilities:
1.Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
-Develop and implement a sales strategy to acquire new merchant clients within the enterprise sector.
-Cultivate long-term relationships with new and existing enterprise customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
-Act as the primary point of contact for medium to large-scale merchants and provide consultative sales support to help them achieve their business goals.
2.Sales & Revenue Growth:
-Drive revenue by identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with enterprise merchants.
-Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for merchant clients, ensuring they are aligned with the client's specific business needs.
-Maintain a solid pipeline of potential clients and monitor sales progress to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
