Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Develop and implement a sales strategy to acquire new merchant clients within the enterprise sector.
Cultivate long-term relationships with new and existing enterprise customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Act as the primary point of contact for medium to large-scale merchants and provide consultative sales support to help them achieve their business goals.
2. Sales & Revenue Growth:
Drive revenue by identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with enterprise merchants.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for merchant clients, ensuring they are aligned with the client’s specific business needs.
