Business Development Officer

We are looking for a motivated and results driven Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
• Conduct market research and analyze property trends.

• Conduct model briefings and present detailed business proposals to prospective clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal closures.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be graduated.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development (real estate preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
