Position Overview
The Freight Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in freight forwarding (Air, Sea & Land). This role involves identifying potential clients, pitching services, preparing quotations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities for import/export freight forwarding (Air, Sea, Land, and Customs Clearance).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Identify and target new customers through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Prepare and present competitive quotations, proposals, and service offerings.
