Job Summary

The Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying, developing, and penetrating new accounts to grow the company's customer base and revenue. The role focuses on prospecting, account opening, and initial relationship management in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and penetrate new accounts through fieldwork and market mapping
• Conduct sales calls, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients
• Achieve new account and sales targets set by management
• Coordinate with internal teams for account onboarding and order fulfillment
