Business Development Officer

General Description:
Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying, researching, analyzing, and negotiating lease contracts for, and zoning wireless telecommunications sites. Identify candidates for specific land leases-based customer criteria, owner interest, and jurisdictional Zoning and/or Land Use regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assess trade area readiness for Potato Corner stores.
Identify the best sites in each trade area.
Prepare site reports, including financials and sales forecasts, and present them for approval.
Acquire sites for Potato Corner, negotiating the best rent and lease terms for each site.
Facilitate lease contract preparation and approval.
Prepare necessary documents to prompt store design, construction, and payment of deposits.
Other necessary tasks related to real estate, site assessment, and acquisition.
