Business Development Officer

LED Power Technologies (EA) K Ltd is looking for a passionate and experienced
Business Development Officer
to drive growth by identifying opportunities, own the end-to-end tendering process and converting bids into awarded projects across public and private sectors.

Key Performance Indicators

• Maintain pipeline growth through quarterly increase in total bids submitted.
• Submission timeliness by maintaining 100% submissions at least 24 hours before deadline.
• Maintain a good tender success rate based on bids won vs. bids submitted.
• Maintain bid accuracy and zero disqualifications due to admin errors or late deliveries.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering, QS, or related (A Business degree is acceptable if coupled with an engineering exposure)
• 5+ years' tendering experience in a multi-disciplinary engineering firm
