On-site - Pasay 1-3 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time 
Job Description Government Mandated Benefits Professional Development Apprenticeship Program, Job Training 
Job Responsibilities Negotiate and secure qualified commercial locations  for company-owned and franchise stores. 
Coordinate with shopping malls, property owners, and franchise partners. 
Utilize knowledge of the Philippine local market  and existing mall investment promotion resources. 
Ensure locations meet operational requirements and are suitable for store development. 
Provide franchisees with high-quality, operable store locations . 
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM , 6 working days per week 
Philippine regular holidays observed 
Overtime pay provided in accordance with labor laws 
Incentives  
13th-month pay 
Statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
