Business Development Officer

This role focuses on consultative B2B sales, helping companies identify the right HR and workforce solutions to support their growth.

This is not manpower selling. You will work with business owners, HR leaders, and decision-makers to understand their challenges and recommend tailored HR solutions. Full training and coaching are provided.

Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Consultative Selling

• Identify and engage potential clients through research, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks
• Conduct discovery meetings with business owners and HR leaders to understand workforce and people challenges
• Present HR Primo's recruitment and HR solutions as tailored business recommendations, not generic offerings
• Prepare proposals and assist in commercial discussions aligned with client needs and company guidelines
• Support deal closing and ensure smooth handover to Operations and Recruitment teams
