Business Development Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Scouts and identifies sites in the most strategic locations.
• Recommends a good site based on research on the following factors: Key generators in the immediate area, property values, zoning, taxes, population, projections, transportation, traffic volume & patterns.
• Negotiates with the property owner on the initial terms and conditions and sets reasonable level of rates.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• Candidate must at least have 2 years of working experience specializing in real estate sales or rentals, site acquisition.
• ​Required skill(s): site acquisition, strong negotiation skills.
• Candidate must be knowledgeable in Real Estate, Business Relations, and Negotiations.
• Willing to do field work.
