Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Special Projects Management

• Lead and execute strategic special projects assigned by management.
• Develop project proposals, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.
• Coordinate with operations, procurement, sales, and logistics teams.
• Monitor project performance and provide progress reports to management.
• Ensure projects align with KLT Fruits' long-term strategic goals.

2. Product Development & Expansion

• Identify new fruit products or value-added products (e.g., processed fruits, packaged fruit cups, frozen fruits).
• Conduct feasibility studies for new product launches.
• Coordinate product testing, sourcing, packaging, pricing, and positioning.
