The Role: Business Development Operations Coordinator

We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented coordinator to manage vendor portal registrations and initiate relationships with procurement and vendor management teams at target organizations.

This is not a sales role. Success in this role is measured by visibility, access, and preparedness — not quotas or closing deals.

You'll be responsible for making sure Gatestone is properly registered in vendor and RFP portals, maintaining accurate company profiles, and opening the door to introductory conversations with procurement stakeholders.
