Business Development Operations Specialist

The Business Development Operations Specialist plays a key role within the Business Development organization of the Surface Mining Automation Center (SMAC), driving the successful pursuit, coordination, and closure of deals related to advanced surface mining automation solutions. The position is primarily focused on enabling the successful sale of Autonomous Haulage Systems (AHS) and other automation offerings that form part of the LinkOA open autonomy platform.

This role ensures seamless coordination across the sales process by managing end-to-end proposal development, maintaining high-quality documentation, and orchestrating collaboration between regional AHS Business Development Managers, Product Management, Engineering, and other internal stakeholders such as Finance, Legal, and Project Execution.
