Timo is a global platform expanding across Southeast Asia, ARC, Brazil, and beyond! We specialize in chat, party rooms, and gaming, creating engaging social entertainment experiences for users worldwide.

We are looking for a Business Development to manage and grow our network of agencies in Philippines. If you have a passion for operations, partnerships, and strategy, this could be the role for you!

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard agencies and hosts, ensuring performance and engagement targets are met.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with guild leaders and streamers.
• Organize events and campaigns to boost community engagement.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize strategies using data insights.
• Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all community members.
