Step into the role of Partner Sales Manager with Findem, where you will create and drive a successful partner-sourced pipeline in a fully remote capacity. Utilize your strong partner relationship skills to achieve quotas and enhance sales effectiveness.
We need a Partner Sales Manager with 3-6 years of proven success in Business Development, particularly in SaaS partnerships. This position entails developing partner enablement programs, executing sales strategies, and driving collaboration with Marketing and internal Sales teams to maximize pipeline potential. You will play a vital role in both short-term revenue and long-term partner trust building.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive pipeline creation from partner sources
• Create and implement partner enablement programs
• Identify and activate partner sales opportunities
• Collaborate on partner marketing initiatives
• Guide internal Sales teams through co-selling processes
