Job Description:
The Business Development Partner is a self-motivated, enthusiastic hunter who thrives on networking, relationship-building, and generating new business. This person is responsible for developing and nurturing a referral ecosystem of COIs—including CPAs, fractional CFOs, bankers, HR consultants, payroll professionals, and benefits brokers—to drive net-new revenue.
Although the role is fully remote, the candidate must live in the Raleigh/Durham area to attend local events, networking meetings, and partner visits
Responsibilities:
Drive lead generation by developing, nurturing, and expanding referral partner relationships, supplemented with targeted cold lead profiling and outreach.
