Business Development – Product

To drive business growth through product and production development, while managing international supplier relationships and import–export operations, ensuring commercially viable, compliant, and scalable products for local and regional markets.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain, Food Technology, Engineering, or related field

Experience

• 7–12 years of experience in business development, international trading, product development, or sourcing
• Strong exposure to import–export operations and global supplier management
• Experience in FMCG, food, packaging, or industrial manufacturing/trading preferred
• Strong cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management
• Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline
• Results-driven with high commercial acumen
• Ability to manage complexity across countries and time zones
