Responsibilities

• Performs Back-selling and Business Development Activities
• • Maintains existing and taps new clients like advertising agencies, key printer accounts and end-users by providing consultancy to clients on what paper to use on what project through daily client calls
• • Provides excellent customer service
• • Coordinates and addresses concerns of the clients to (1) Marketing Dept. with regards to product issues and concerns (2) Sales Dept. for services, delivery concerns
• • Maintains and updates databases of clients and their contact details and keeps them confidential
• Provides Marketing Support to the Department
• • Provides support to Marketing Dept. in executing marketing promotions, product presentations, trade shows and other marketing activities
• • Provides pertinent information to Marketing about competitors and their activities; pricing and product sampling
