Business Development Recruitment Manager

Salary : $900 USD per month + Commissions (Deel, Rippling)

We are seeking a Bilingual Business Development Specialist / Recruiter with a strong sales mindset and excellent English communication skills who is eager to learn and grow within the U.S. staffing and recruitment industry. This role is ideal for someone with prior sales, customer-facing, or account management experience who is motivated to develop long-term skills in business development, recruiting, and client relationship management.

You will be trained on the full recruitment lifecycle and the U.S. staffing business model , working closely with senior team members to support client acquisition, candidate sourcing, and ongoing account management.
