Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls and emails to generate new business opportunities
• Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients for Postal Solutions and Locker Solutions
• Schedule qualified meetings for sales executives
• Manage calendars and coordinate appointments
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Support sales and admin teams with data entry, data scraping, and general administrative tasks
• Provide excellent customer service during calls and email communications
• Collaborate with team members using Slack, Microsoft Suites, Google Workspace, and Zoom

• Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
