BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (BDR) – US ACCOUNTS

This role offers a market-leading compensation package designed to attract experienced U.S. outbound callers from Philippine BPO environments. With a PHP 60,000 base salary plus performance bonuses, paid U.S. holidays, paid sales tools, internet allowance, and company-provided equipment, our total package competes with or exceeds most traditional BPO sales roles.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

·        Base Salary: PHP 60,000 / month (paid bi-weekly)

·        Performance-Based Monthly Bonus: up to 20% (up to PHP 10,000) based on KPI targets

·        13th Month Pay , paid before Christmas

·        2 Weeks Paid Time Off (no cash conversion)
