We're Hiring Assistant / Business Development Representative
Location: Colombia – Hybrid (Start in-office, then remote based on performance)
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM EST
Bilingual Role (English C1 & Spanish)

Manage and organize leads in our CRM
Pre-qualify customers for financing based on company guidelines
Communicate via phone, text & email using approved channels
Confirm vehicle availability and send options to customers
