Business development representative (commission-based)

The Local Agency is a culture-led marketing agency working across influencer marketing, experiential campaigns and youth-focused brand activations. We partner with automotive, FMCG, beverage and lifestyle brands across South Africa and international markets.
We are building a structured outbound pipeline and are looking for a performance-driven Business Development Representative to generate qualified meetings with brand decision-makers.
This is a commission-based contract role focused strictly on pipeline generation. The Founder will handle all closing.
Responsibilities
Identify and target Marketing Managers, Brand Managers and Heads of Marketing
Execute outbound outreach via email and Linked In
Qualify prospects before booking meetings
Schedule structured 30-minute discovery calls
Maintain weekly outreach and pipeline reporting This is not a closing role. Your responsibility is to create consistent, qualified pipeline.
