Business Development Representative

Overview
We're hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive lead generation via LinkedIn, cold emails, and smart prospecting. This role offers with in-office collaboration. You'll identify and qualify leads, setting up discovery calls for our senior team. Experience with outreach tools, email automation, and generative AI is a plus.
Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential leads via LinkedIn and professional communities.
Plan and execute cold email campaigns using tools like Mailshake, Apollo, or Lemlist.
Manage LinkedIn outreach workflows including automated sequences where needed.
Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and project potential.
Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and TPLEX senior executives.
Maintain and update CRM records and activity logs accurately.
Set up and potentially manage cold calling tools/campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing to refine targeting and messaging strategies.
