Job Description
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified appointments that turn into sales opportunities for Account Executives.
- Work closely with Account Executives on prospecting strategies and build strong BDRxAE teams.
- Conduct phone prospecting to secure as many qualified meetings as possible.
- Complement phone outreach with multi‑channel campaigns (email and LinkedIn) to optimize the lead generation process.
- Conduct qualification meetings or end‑to‑end sales cycles in the Mid‑Market/Enterprise segment.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, prospecting, or customer relations (junior profiles with strong commercial acumen are welcome).
- Native Spanish and fluent English.
- 3–5 years of higher education in business, marketing, management, or communications (preferred).
- 1 year of BDR SaaS software experience.
