Onsite Position in Medellín

We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our sales team by

generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential customers.

This role plays a key part in the early stages of the sales process and directly contributes to

company growth.

Key Responsibilities


• Identify and research potential clients that match predefined criteria


• Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and other channels


• Qualify leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers


• Handle objections professionally and clearly communicate value


• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system


• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams

Requirements


• Experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
