About the Role
The Elite IT Team is hiring a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) who knows how to create opportunities, not just respond to them. This is a hands-on role for someone with real experience in prospecting, lead generation, and early-stage client acquisition who wants to sharpen their skills inside a fast-moving, international tech business.
You'll sit at the front of our revenue engine: researching accounts, sourcing leads, running outbound outreach, bidding on projects, and converting early conversations into qualified sales opportunities. This is not a call-centre role and not a passive support position. You'll be expected to think critically, experiment, and continuously improve how we win work.
