Business Development Representative

Weekly Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8am-5pm Central Time

1 hour unpaid lunch with two paid 15 minute breaks

Pay:

300 PHP per hour + recurring 10% commissions from all accounts

Qualifications:

• Excellent English (Sounds American)
• Charismatic and full of energy on the phone
• Young and hungry, eager to make a lot of money
• 2 years Sales Experience minimum
• Mature/responsible individual with no distractions in personal life
• No attendance issues

Responsibilities:

• Generating and prospecting new accounts for outsourcing
• Managing accounts post sale
• Minimum 40 new leads generated on average daily
• Minimum 40 outbound calls daily
