Business Development Representative

We're looking for a driven and resilient Business Development Representative to help grow our Staff Augmentation practice. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for companies facing talent shortages, skills gaps, or scaling challenges. If you're confident on the phone, enjoy high-volume outreach, and know how to turn conversations into opportunities, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Make a volume of outbound cold calls /-day) and emails to target accounts
• Identify and qualify prospects using CRM tools, Yellow Maps, online directories, and other research sources
• Connect with IT leaders, Project Managers, and decision-makers to understand their hiring and scaling needs
• Clearly explain the value of our staff augmentation and IT services
• Book qualified meetings and demos for senior sales leaders
• Follow up with warm leads and nurture prospects over time
