The Business Development Representative is a key position within the organisation and directly contributes to the success of our global sales team.The role entails cold calling and follow-up capabilities for identifying suitable prospects, generating leads/appointments that lead to a rapid increase in new business. The ideal candidate will be a team player and consistently exhibit attention to detail, initiative, and resourcefulness in constructing the Company's sales pipeline.The successful candidate will be aligned with UK business hours, working 10AM – 7PM SAST during UK standard time (GMT) (1st November - 31st March) and 9AM – 6PM SAST when the UK observes daylight saving time (BST) (1st April to 31st October).The first three months will be fully office-based in our Sandton office for the onboarding bootcamp, after which the role will move to a hybrid schedule.
