Compensation: Base + Uncapped Commission 
About the Role 
We're hiring a high-output Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive top-of-funnel growth for our staffing agency. This role is for someone who is comfortable with volume, thrives on structure, and understands that consistent outbound equals consistent results. 
This is not a passive inbound role. You will be executing ~200 outbound activities per day and booking qualified video meetings with decision-makers. 
Daily Responsibilities 
Execute ~200 outbound activities per day 
(calls, emails, LinkedIn touches via sequences) 
Cold call hiring managers, founders, and executives 
Run outbound campaigns using HubSpot CRM 
Qualify prospects based on hiring needs, urgency, and fit
