Business Development Representative

Role Overview

Sourcefit is seeking an entry-level Business Development Representative to drive revenue for the RCP Partner Directory. In this role, you will identify, engage, and close technology companies on sponsorship opportunities that enhance their presence within the directory.

You will own outbound prospecting and sales efforts, working from a large universe of existing companies listed in the directory and building targeted outreach campaigns to decision-makers across marketing, partnerships, and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect technology companies listed in the RCP Partner Directory
• Research and identify decision-makers using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and similar platforms
• Build and maintain targeted prospect and marketing lists
• Execute outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email, and phone
