Business Development Representative

The Local Agency is a culture-led marketing agency working across influencer marketing, experiential campaigns and youth-focused brand activations. We partner with automotive, FMCG, beverage and lifestyle brands across South Africa and international markets.

We are building a structured outbound pipeline and are looking for a performance-driven Business Development Representative to generate qualified meetings with brand decision-makers.

This is a commission-based contract role focused strictly on pipeline generation. The Founder will handle all closing.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target Marketing Managers, Brand Managers and Heads of Marketing
• Execute outbound outreach via email and LinkedIn
• Qualify prospects before booking meetings
• Schedule structured 30-minute discovery calls
• Maintain weekly outreach and pipeline reporting
