Business Development Representative

Job Description

We're seeking a disciplined BDR to generate qualified opportunities for our US sales team. You'll be the first point of contact for prospects in the homebuilding and architecture sectors, introducing them to how Realcognita's production model can solve their capacity constraints and improve margins. This is a hunter role for someone who excels at written communication, research-driven outreach, and strategic prospecting. You'll identify and engage decision-makers at target accounts to create opportunities for the US sales team.

Job Requirements

• 1-3 years of B2B sales, BDR, or business research experience (construction/AEC industry experience a plus)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline generation quotas
