What You'll Do
This role focuses on outbound prospecting in the U.S. market, generating qualified leads through email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach while working U.S. business hours.
The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years of experience in sales development and is comfortable using CRM tools like HubSpot to manage and grow pipeline activity in a fast‐paced, global environment.
Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate new business opportunities in the U.S. market.
Identify, research, and qualify potential leads within target insurance and insurtech segments.
Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, lead status, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, campaigns, and targeting strategies.
