Business Development & Sales Executive

Assist BD leader in business development strategies. Assist in annual operating plans and target for the department. Review sales & expenses budgets and evaluate periodically of the performance of the department and takes corrective actions as and when required. Working closely with operation department to ensure smooth and timely execution and achieve excellent customer service. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends. Analyze competitors' products, pricing, and strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements and contracts with clients.
