The Role: Strategic Product Sourcing & Technical Expert

This multifaceted role involves managing the full product lifecycle for our traded goods, from global sourcing to technical qualification and launch support. You will be the crucial link between new international suppliers (Principals), our internal R&D/Supply Chain, and the Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities

I. Strategic Product Portfolio Management

• Sourcing & Acquisition: Identify new product demands based on sales needs and emerging market trends. Proactively hunt new suppliers/principals to expand the trading portfolio.
• Supply Chain Liaison: Closely monitor shipments and coordinate with Supply Chain (Purchasing, Planning, Warehouse) on forecasting, inventory, and purchase requests.
• Principal Management: Build and maintain exclusivity and strong relationships with principals. Handle full accreditation processes (internal and regulatory bodies).
