Business Development Specialist
Key Accountabilities:
Lead Generation and Pipeline Management:
- Generates and qualifies leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, field visits, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Ensures that the sales pipeline has regular touchpoints to maintain consistent client engagement and follow-up.
- Conducts field day activities twice a week to engage with potential clients and expand the customer base
- Focuses on Expanding in Visayas while Maintaining Market Leadership in Luzon and Mindanao
- Secures partnerships or agreements with key accounts in top-performing segments (CVS, Supermarket/Grocery, Mall/Shopping Center, Bakeshop, Pharmacy with CVS)
Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
- Stays updated on market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities.
