Business Development Specialist

At Melbrew Coffee, we're crafting more than great coffee - we're building a brand people love across Pakistan. Now, we're looking for a Business Development Specialist who knows great locations when they see one, understands growth strategy, and is ready to help Melbrew expand nationwide.
Your Daily Brew:
Identify high-potential locations across Pakistan for new Melbrew Coffee chains.
Scout, evaluate, and secure prime retail spaces in malls, high streets, commercial hubs, and emerging hotspots.
Build and maintain relationships with landlords, developers, property agents, and mall management teams.
Conduct feasibility studies including footfall analysis, competitor mapping, demographics, and financial projections.
Lead negotiations and coordinate with legal and finance teams to close deals smoothly.
Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure each new store launch is set up for success.
